What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You've got to show a genuine interest in the firm and the job that you will be doing. Even if this includes asking current trainees about their experiences - show you're interested.
Nevertheless, 'try-hards' will not be accepted and will be seen straight through.
Do you have any interview tips?
Although you can not prepare yourself for them, get ready to be asked 'dilemma' questions that will make you think and have to show your thought process out loud e.g. ethical dilemmas that you could find in the work place or elsewhere.
