What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be really clear about what this firm in particular offers that you want to be a part of. We are a law firm, but we aren't the same as every other law firm out there. Why are we different, why does that matter and what makes it the right firm for you. Have a commercial appreciation for the firm's business and the wider business world - you don't need to know everything but you do need to know something!
Do you have any interview tips?
Be succinct and direct. Honesty is appreciated. Think sensibly but the questions aren't there to trip you up. You can not be judged on something you don't say so if it's worthwhile, make the comment.
