What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself and show what you are passionate about (i.e. hobbies). Understand how the firm operates as a business - think about its clients, its motivations, the challenges it faces etc.
Do you have any interview tips?
Commercial awareness is key. Know what is going on in the press and be able to hold a conversation about these matters. Also, never lie in your interview - if you don't know what something is, it's better just to say.
