Research the firm, not just current deals but how the firm seeks to differentiate itself. Look at the culture of the firm and if/how you fit that.
Do you have any interview tips?
Simmons is looking for the sharpest people but those who are also pleasant to deal with on a day to day basis. Make sure you know your stuff but also be nice, ask questions, develop a rapport.
