What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be determined, make sure your CV shows a 'narrative' of how you came to want to work here, i.e. first legal work experience and what type of law, first commercial legal work experience and what type of firm i.e. American; and, if your CV doesn't have those things, go and get the experience by emailing/meeting whoever you can. Use your university graduate recruitment team

How would a company finance a large transaction? Answer: equity/debt
Which is better, equity of debt? Answer: depends on the transaction, equity can be cheaper etc.
