What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The variety of work, the scale of work (including large national and international elements) and the people I work with. The junior members of staff are friendly and fun and the more senior staff have a genuine interest in your development.
Worst
It's long hours and hard work, you will have to give up social events and a lot of evenings and weekends but it is the nature of the job.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Start: 08:45
Finish: 19:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Know the firm and the work that they do - just even reading the firms news feed can be helpful. Apart from that be aware of the Yorkshire legal market, and think about why you want to come work here long term.
Don't just go for obvious answers - your application is far more likely to get noticed if you say something a bit unusual.
Do you have any interview tips?
My interview was fairly informal - know why you want to come here and just remember that the firm is buying into your personality so you might as well be yourself.
Be friendly, approachable and honest. Ultimately if you are not given the offer it is much because the firm doesn't think they suit you as that you are not right for the job.
