What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be sure that this is definitely the career for you and be able to explain why. If possible, try to get some work experience at the firm before applying for the Training Contract.
Do you have any interview tips?
Research the firm well and be sure that you can comfortably answer common questions e.g. why do you want to work here, why do you want to work in this particular area of law, discuss one of our recently publicised cases. Firms want to see that you genuinely want to work there and so you need to be able to explain why. Although try not to appear too scripted like you have just learnt exactly what is on the firm's website.
