What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would recommend knowing AG and its strategy in as much detail as possible. Be aware of and be able to discuss the firm's sector approach, its practice divisions and clients. Research the ways AG is one step ahead of its competitors and any recent deals the firm has been involved in (both large and small).
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself! Everyone at AG are individuals with their individual traits and characteristics. Don't pretend to be someone or something you are not, as the interviewer will see through this. AG embraces diversity, so feel confident to be yourself.
When you are discussing any commercial topics at an assessment centre, always think: one, how does this issue impact upon AG as a firm, and two, how does this impact upon AG's clients?
