What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would say to do first drafts of your answers in a Word document, then the next day read over them and remove any superfluous wording or anything that makes it a bit long-winded. Those that are reading through applications will appreciate a concise answer!
Do you have any interview tips?
Make it as conversational as you can. Your interviewers are people too and probably enjoy a good chinwag! My training contract interview actually ran over as we were chatting. I think this enabled me to build up a good rapport (as well as being confident in my answers to their questions!)
