What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do plenty of research into different sectors and firms, get lots of experience in the legal world, talk to every contact, milk contacts for experience, push for international exposure (if you want an international firm). Make sure you really know what you are getting in for.....because it is not Silk, wigs and "i object" but it is extremely interesting!
Don't trust Suits too much either.

They have extremely skilled interviewers here, who do not give anything away. Prepare.
The assessment day (which incorporates all the interviews, tests and group exercises) is very relaxing as you have time to talk to the other candidates and members of graduate recruitment. Relax and be the best version of yourself as the recruiters want you to do your best. They are not trying to catch you out and have told us, from their experience, that candidates always perform better when they are not on edge.
