What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The people. Associates and partners genuinely care about your development and take time of their day to teach and mentor you. They push you to the limits to bring out the best in you so you leave the seat as a better lawyer.
Worst
As a trainee, it is difficult to have control over your own time. A lot of the work you do is contingent on waiting for others and so sometimes it is difficult to gain a work/life balance as each day is different and unpredictable.
