What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Generally the work is engaging and you find yourself solving unique problems daily which is stimulating mentally.
The people are great, there are a lot of fun personalities who are a pleasure to work with.

Worst

Clients will occasionally send urgent work at anti-social hours to be completed promptly.
Sometimes one has to do administrative tasks like creating bundles of evidence, checking for errors in documents and other robotic tasks.
