Be open to unusual opportunities- Unilever has a vast array of roles which are not restrictive to applicants who have studied certain degrees.
Be unique- share qualities about you which are the things that make you different, nowadays, anyone can have a degree and 6 months work experience. Think about why Unilever should want to hear more about you.
Do you have any interview tips?
Relax- it is a two way conversation, you should be assessing whether the interviewer is someone you could work with too.
Be yourself- if you're not and you get a role, short-term gain but a long-term fail.
Make them want to hear more- share interesting problems and how you solved them by using the qualities that make you unique. That way, they can't find anyone else like you.
