What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The ability to communicate and lead individuals to assist the expectations that have been set by the management team.
Given the capability of demonstrating that you have the initiative to do the job.
Worst
As per all jobs, the difficulty of having individuals who prove difficult when requesting to conduct tasks and constantly having to supervise them, as this is time that can be spent elsewhere.
