What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If you are a strong rounded candidate then they will give you a look. Involvement on campus and in the community outshines academics alone. This will translate to the job as you work with many teams outside your given role.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself but be sure to demonstrate your interest in the company. It is a tremendous opportunity and if they get any indication you would leave early it will be tough to hire you.
