What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Teamwork is key to this business and getting on and respecting everyone, from team members on the shop floor to the managing director. Research the Unipart Way and the benefits it has brought not only to Unipart but to other business' as well. Be authentic, honest and smile.
If you get to assessment center stage be prepared to meet the CEO and other directors that sit on the board.
