What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Flexibility, the scheme means you will not find yourself in an FTE role but getting involved in a wide range of projects.
Working hours are extremely flexible. You can come and go whenever as long as you get your work done.
I love the fact I get to go to 4 completely different departments over the 2 years.
Graduates are highly sought after and perceived in the business.
Worst
Sometimes not having a day to day role can feel like there is a lack of stucture to the role. Yoy may have to seek opportunities yourself as there is little micro management.
