What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Having a project-based role I get great exposure across a variety of projects/topics ranging from Finance based to Marketing. It allows me to network with different people across the business and no 2 days are ever the same.

Worst

Projects go through highs and lows of how busy they can be, sometimes the highs come at the same time and it can be a very busy period. I've had to work on my time management and stakeholder communication skills to ensure I am on top of everything and the relevant people are up to date with each projects status.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Do your research and prepare questions. In the written application, don't just write about what the company does/ has done, write about how it impacts you personally and why you want to be involved.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself, motivational fit is very important here. If you are invited to assessment centre you will be given an information pack before the day which will list competencies that the company look for. Make sure you prepare examples for these competencies that really express who are as a person both socially and intellectually.
