It's great that you can rotate throughout the business. Having the ability to gain wide exposure in contrasting parts of the business is a good opportunity to network and develop your skill set.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Take your time on your application - you only get one chance to get it right. It may seem strange, but to work at Volkswagen you don't need to have a love for cars. You need to be passionate, personal and collaborative.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be prepared and really think about multiple competency questions. It is important to have lots of variation, don't use the same example twice!

It is equally important to be yourself and show your personality. It is very much a people company and if you can show that you have good people skills alongside good business instinct.

It's also really good to think of engaging questions to ask throughout the assessment center.
