What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I can work in the role I’ve always wanted, as a web developer.
I appreciate the flexibility of hybrid working and the freedom to organise my time according to requirements and schedules.
Worst
I am not very closely connected with the team. Since I started, I have mostly been working independently. I don’t receive much ongoing support, although everyone is very helpful whenever I ask for assistance. The people here are amazing, but I would like to have more of a wider team around me
