‘Being a relatively small company means you can actually make a substantial contribution. Based next to Farringdon station. Everyone at Capacitas are great people to work with, who are always willing to help. You don’t have to wear smart clothes. After the probation period of 3 months, you get an iphone and laptop allowing you to work from home. Starting procedure not well organised for new recruits.’

‘The best things is that you get to learn a lot by getting involved in various tasks. At Capacitas, being a small company, there are lots of opportunities to develop your career, all it requires is the dedication. Very helpful and friendly staff. Need to upgrade your knowledge as fast as possible within 3 months of probation period.’

‘Best thing in the company is the good environment inside the company. Good location and much flexibility on working from home when needed. People are more than glad to assist you in daily tasks. You are getting involved with big clients and different types of projects. There is not structured training yet. Starting salary is relatively low.’

Interview tips included; ‘Be well prepared for the interview. Brush up on some technical material as there may be technical questions. Try to demonstrate that you have passion for the role you’re applying for.’ and ‘Be prepared for both personal and technical questions’. Another employee advised interviewees to ‘try to get in depth knowledge about Capacity Planning & Management with examples. (Capacitas) may give you scenarios, so you should have a good knowledge of computer fundamentals and it’s impact on the business.’
