Today we are taking a look at NonStop Recuitment, one of Europe’s major hirers of trainee recruitment consultants!

NonStop Recruitment’s unique training scheme sees graduates experience an intensive programme based in the European Centre of Excellence, after which employees have the opportunitiy to work in some great locations across the UK and Europe. Common themes from reviews include a great company culture, fast progression and hands-on training.

Average working hours were 8am to 6pm although salary reviews were mixed, with most employees listing £0-12,000- however this seems to be due to the strong commission based focus, as one employee explained;

“Although the basic salary is lower than many competitors, the commission structure is far stronger and therefore outweighs this factor”

When asked to describe the best and worst thing about their job, NonStop Recruitment employees gave the following:

“Excellent training scheme.Continuous training opportunities. Industry leading commission structure. Strong social side- “tight-knit” group of employees. Sometimes there can be a strong KPI focus.”

“Company outings including, ski trips, paintballing, go karting and much more. Having the flexibility to work in a number of different offices, across Europe. Great training. Great management.”

“Great office locations and great industries that we cover growing company, great place to work Long hours, but that’s recruitment!”
