Who are the top companies to work for?

We’ve just introduced a great new feature – The Top Companies To Work For. As part of their job reviews, employees provide ratings on the key things that matter to graduates looking for jobs – things like responsibility levels and job enjoyment. We’ve used those ratings to figure out who is actually the best company to work for – as rated by the people who actually work for them. We’ll be releasing a full 50 Top Companies To Work For list in September but, in the meantime, you can see the Top 10 list here, with summaries for each company based on what their employees have said about them in their reviews. Congratulations to Network Rail (our No.1 Employer) and the other companies in the Top 10 list. The list is constantly updating as new reviews come in so if you think that your company is a great place to work, please fill in a job review and they may feature in the Top 50 Companies To Work For List, or even make it onto the Top 10!
