What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
We have lots of different clients so work is always interesting and never the same.
There are constant challenges for charity and it is a very rewarding company. (e.g. 3 peaks, moonlight walks etc).
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Stand out. Make sure that you show you have lots of interests outside of work. Be keen to learn lots of new things.
Do you have any interview tips?
Stay calm and collected as the interview can seem intense but they are all very lovely.
Ask lots of questions about opportunities to grow and develop/learn more. Innovation and motivation are very important and key factors for Menzies
