What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I really enjoy the work and the responsibilities I've been given I feel it's given me a chance to learn more and show off and practice what I have learnt. I enjoy planning, problem solving and leadership. While I do not have the experience to lead yet, I can see obvious progression within the company and they really help me to learn.

Worst

Currently when I have an exam I only get a half day off work for it and with travelling and how tiring taking exams are It feels like I would benefit more from having a whole day off to prepare and recover from exams. Some revisions days you be good also because if I want to revise just before an exam it has to come out of my holiday allowance.

Show the interesting parts about yourself and your experiences. It's great to show off your grades and achievements; but try and show your genuine talents, skills and lessons you've learnt through your life experiences.

Do you have any interview tips?

All of the interviews I had with Menzies were more relaxed, they felt more like a conversation which gave me a chance to see what the people and company was like. So try and relax and give them a chance to see what you're like! Be confident in what you are good at and how you could benefit the company in the role. They want to know why you'd be the best candidate to hire.
