What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

You get to work on an array of projects and you are able to pick up knowledge from different areas depending on what your working on. Making connections with people working on my projects is great as it sometimes is who you know, not what you know at Dstl. You get to work with some great customers and are able to attend some very interesting meetings, training courses and experiences here which help further your knowledge and management of projects.

Worst

Resourcing can be a challenge as there sometimes are not enough people to carry out certain tasking and outputs that your project must achieve in the FY. This is a challenge across the group.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

Current salary: £33,000 - £35,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be very truthful and transparent with your knowledge and capabilities that you could offer this company as in the long run this will help guide you as to what level of training you may require.
