What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The other managers I work with are all supportive and have helped me get training on all the areas inside the warehouse. This enabled me to quickly progress so that within a month of starting I was trusted to run a department on my own. This feeling of clear progression and exceeding the goals set for me are the best things.
Worst
By being able to manage a lot of the areas inside the warehouse sometimes I may be switched about minutes before shift starts or even while the shift is occurring. This would be the worst part because I have a reduced amount of time to prep the area for the colleagues coming in.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make it clear, simple and also make sure to include personal details in there about yourself as a person.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure to talk about you as a person. I found that DHL were interested in hiring the right people for the job and they want you to be able to fit into their culture.
