What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I enjoy the work a lot, there is always something to do and I have so much to learn!! Everyone at Isio are lovely and I am glad I made the decision to start my apprenticeship here
Worst
It can sometimes get very hectic - but I know that I can always let my manager / team aware and they will move things around. Also being an apprentice, I started from scratch so its difficult at times where there is so much I don't know.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Have experiences, this does not have to be specific but it can be small things where you can say there was such a time where i had to be responsible / resilient etc
Do you have any interview tips?
Look at the website and know the company well. They want to see if you genuinely have an interest and that you want to work at the company. You need to ensure you have examples of things they are looking for - can you handle work and study? organisation, social skills, confidence (you don't need to be the most confident you can also say you want to build on it!). Know what you struggle with too and make it a goal to develop. I went the extra step of reaching out to a director to ask what I should do and was told to make sure i was well informed about the company.
