What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The role is not as simple as it may seem, as an apprentice you are still a key part of the team and keep the cogs working. Yes you are at the bottom of the ladder but if you see yourself at the bottom you will act and work differently. Whereas if you see yourself making a difference and you work hard, help people and talk to everyone you will progress far in your apprenticeship.
Don't let people with a higher 'title' intimidate you, just be yourself and speak to everyone equally.
Do you have any interview tips?
Within an interiew the main thing to show is how enthusiastic you are, how much you want the job and why you want it. It doesn't matter how experienced you are, if you are passionate and willing to work hard, they will see that within the interview and consider all the factors.
Don't be shy and hesitant to say anything, the questions they ask you must be answered honestly and with enthusiasm.
