What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
When an on-going issue has been fixed and there is a sense of achievement, whether it was yourself working on the issue or colleagues.
The fact that you can learn and train within a field whilst earning and also gaining experience.
Other people within the company want to teach and share their experiences to assist you with your training.
There is a feeling that everyone is working towards one goal.
Worst
Depending upon the workload, striking a work/home balance can prove difficult within the apprenticeship scheme itself.
A third party training centre is used for training which teaches the basic principles of the working of systems, but is not quite there with how these are applied to the water industry specifically.
