Best
The team, optional 4 day working week, everything you need to get your job done. Never made to feel stupid. (No question is a stupid question).
Worst
not being face to face (this only applies to current circumstances), having to get your head around such important information etc...

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just because you may not have relevant experience doesnt mean you cant do the job. i have zero experience dealing with this type of job. but the skills i have picked up through various jobs and hobbies throughout my life allows for myself t apply them t my role.
Do you have any interview tips?
just be honest. Don't try to make up an example. just be completely honest. its alot easier to sell yourself from genuine experiences than to generate thoughts and opinions of fake scenarios. i was asked about various hardships in my life. What instances i had been a leader of a team etc...
