Task you get asked to do. Management isn't always great/ organized.

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Look into the role your applying for and include information that will be relevant towards it. May have to be asked to make something and present, don't go over the top but think of something inventive.
