What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

An enjoyable working environment with a friendly and understanding group of colleagues who are always eager to help you learn and improve. Many other apprentices and graduates who you can use to help further your learning. Degree is paid for and prevents debt. Strong company benefits with generous holiday allowance and bonuses. Access to multiple training programmes to improve yourself and a large range of construction projects all over the country which is valuable in increasing knowledge and maintaining interest.

Worst

Workload can sometimes become high and as such some stress may occur due to this. Sometimes the overall apprentice programme doesn't line up with others in the business and it can be hard to communicate between the apprenticeship team and your normal office team.
