What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

For me, the best part about my job is the amount of responsibility I'm given. I always thought that being an apprentice I wouldn't be trusted with more complex tasks, however this isn't true.

Flexibility and variety of work is also great as well.

Worst

I think people sometimes forget that I'm an apprentice and don't understand that I also have academic tasks to complete as well as work ones.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
