Best
Independence, actually contributing to jobs and feeling generally productive. you feel like a high value asset to the company.
Worst
Sometimes your to do list will feel cramped but there is not often pressure to do everything and what you do do is appreciated.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Ask about policy details and get to know as much about your role as possible. i was 18 when i started and i didn't realise how much driving i would be doing; it is not a problem but took some getting used to.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be engaging and give your ideas in a way which allows for others to share theirs too. Have something to talk about that you are passionate about regardless of topic. they have interview days where you are interviewed then do a group task then do a mini presentation to a couple of employees about anything you want.
