What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Research the company and the job role and make sure it is suitable for you. Feel free to ask questions before sending your application if you are confused about anything. Put effort into your CV to make you stand out in the crowd. Don't lie on your application as you will be asked questions in the interview relevant to your CV.

Do you have any interview tips?

Dress appropriately to make a good impression. Do research on Mott MacDonald and a project they have worked on as well as the role of a Building Services Engineer. When asked questions, try and relate them to any previous work you have done in college or elsewhere. It may be worth doing a bit of research on things above what you would normally be asked at that level if you want to really impress the interviewer such as how pressure affects the structure of a pipe. At the end, make sure to ask questions as it shows you have displayed an interest in the job.
