What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

There is always the ability to grow your career. Siemens are really interested in retaining talent and exploring ways you can enhance your career. Taking the risk definitely is worth it.

My job is really challenging and requires me to talk and create a rapport with so many people from different backgrounds, however, I really like understanding how to do this and why it is important to have these relationships.

Worst

There isn't necessarily a worst bit about my job, however, I would say that the one thing I find difficult is when I can't help the Customer's when I believe they have a genuine case. If I don't have the evidence to prove what they are saying, I am not in a position to help.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be honest and enthusiastic.

Don't embellish any of what you're saying. Make sure you're truthful as the interviewers can see straight through any lies/embellishments.
