Competency-based, so make sure you have a few examples which are malleable to a few different situations. Even if they are not work based, make sure they have substance to them and explain the 'story' in three parts. 1. Background and what the issue was 2. What processes/actions you went through and implemented 3. What effect did YOUR personal contribution have? Be selfish and talk about you and not as a group.
