What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

My colleagues are lovely. I really enjoy communicating with both internal and external stakeholders and putting my customer service skills to good use. I love the organisational side of my job as well, such as keeping spread sheets up to date and ensuring we have all the information we need to complete candidate background checks.

Worst

At times we are very busy and on a tight time schedule, although this is not a terrible thing because I enjoy being busy!

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Take your time and concentrate on every aspect of the application process.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself. Think about some of the questions you might be asked beforehand so that you have a few scenarios to talk about if you are asked about things such as 'tell me about a time when you had to have a difficult conversation with a colleague' or 'how do you cope under pressure'.
Personally, in my interview I felt that even though I answered the questions adequately, it was my personality and how I spoke about what the role would mean to me and how I would fit in with the team and company that really made me shine. So another tip would definitely be research the company and have some questions planned for the interviewers.
