What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The people I work with are all great, whenever I have a question I just need to ask and I will get help. Being an apprentice means I came into the industry with a limited technical knowledge and Motts where are aware and accommodate this so no question feels out of place.

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself and nothing more, I applied through the work plus scheme in NI which is a very simple process just describing why I would like to be an engineer and where I would be in the future.
Do you have any interview tips?
The Mott MacDonald interview is all about where you see yourself in the future and why you want to be an engineer. I was asked about how I would voice my opinions in the office even if it came to challenging someone with more authority.
