What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

-Collaborative work but good amount of independence
- Really strong support in work and in projects
- Always have work to do so I never feel left out or abandoned
-What I do has lot of parts to it so I am always learning and not doing the same thing over and over again

Worst

Due to my lack of knowledge on civil engineering specifically in water, it can be hard to get used to all the software and analysis of the projects. Sometimes there can be a lot of work that have near deadlines. Doing a degree apprenticeship, it is a lot of balance with university in the first months , which I am still getting my head around.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
