Best

The best part of my job is the variety as no two claims are the same, which keeps the role interesting and helps me continuously develop my technical knowledge and decision‑making skills. I also enjoy the level of responsibility and trust I’m given to manage claims independently and support customers to reach fair outcomes.

Worst

The workload and time pressures can sometimes be challenging particularly when dealing with complex claims or delays that are outside of my control. It can also be difficult to deliver decisions that customers may not want to hear.
