Best

One of the best things about my job is the opportunity to gain real, hands-on experience while learning. Being able to apply what I’m studying directly in a working environment helps me develop practical skills much faster and build confidence in my role. Apprenticeships allow you to “earn while you learn,” which means gaining both experience and a qualification at the same time.

I also value the support from colleagues and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals. This creates a strong learning environment and helps with both technical and professional development. It feels rewarding to contribute to real projects while progressing in my career.

Worst

One of the more challenging aspects is balancing work responsibilities with studying. Apprentices are expected to meet the same standards as employees while also completing coursework and deadlines, which can sometimes feel demanding.
