What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Opportunity to gain a professional qualification whilst working and earning money. The training is brilliant- a great mixture of on and off the job. My team have been very supportive and there is a great culture of acceptance and inclusion.

Worst

It can be difficult to gain more responsibility. The most frustrating part is that different apprentices will be at different stages to you, with some having their own clients from the start of the scheme, to others, like me, being 6 months in and still having nothing of your own.

What is the annual salary for this role?

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you tailor your CV to Willis and include details of problem-solving and customer-facing experience, as well as opportunities where you have been resilient. There is also a massive focus on team-working and so any evidence of that should be included too.
