What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Constantly getting to know and interacting with new people, working on different projects across different parts of the team (as an apprentice). Being able to pick up new skills and knowledge through the work I do as well as from other, more experienced colleagues.

Worst

Current climate of working world being hybrid has meant I haven't been able to get the full office experience and interact more personally with colleagues.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be honest in your answers. Give enough detail to your answers but do not overcomplicate answers as no one wants to read overly long answers. Understand what you would be able to gain from working with this company as well as what they can gain from you.

Do you have any interview tips?
