What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I think the company has supported me brilliantly since joining. My team have embraced my role and offered a lot of support on and off the job. The company allows me 20% study time alongside working day to day on our project. It feels like a real place to progress and I'm looking forward to continuing in my role.

Worst

I would say the early mornings! No I think definitely the pressure you sometimes feel at the regulator. My work revolves around deadlines and if we don't meet them that could be a problem so I think that it sometimes might get on top of you but the support my team give me helps a lot.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be confident, don't worry if you haven't had a full or part time job. Try sell yourself in a way that people could understand what you would be able to do in a day-to-day environment or give examples from school or other clubs or activities you take part in.

Try have 4 or 5 different examples or things you have done in your life that relates to the role or company. Try to sell yourself in a human way and don't have a script.
