What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
In the customer payment & debt team we have such a wonderful commercial team, which I work with. We always support each other when needed and they have welcomed me in amazingly, I've never enjoyed a job this much. Also, I have an amazing manager who supports me so much. couldn't ask for more!
Worst
The workload of the apprenticeship is sometimes overbearing, but this is to be expected as it is a very good qualification to earn - credit management.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
