What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Working with really incredible people across all aspects of the company. The knowledge and expertise across the company and the time they invest in training their staff is amazing.
Worst
The hours you work (11am-8pm 3 days a week) and working on a Saturday are not very work/life balance friendly. The volume of work and the intensity of it day to day is spread across very small teams (2 managers) so it can get overwhelming.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Highlight your passion for working with children and making a difference to their lives and education, but also taking into consideration how much customer service is involved in the role.
Do you have any interview tips?
Explore Learning is an education provider but also a business, so having an awareness of good business practices and the keys to growth but also a tailored approach to every child.
