What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The support provided, there hasn't been any areas where I felt like I needed support and was not able to find or receive it. If there is an area I want to learn they are able to provide me guidance or assistance.
Worst
At some points there's a lot of long meetings or large quantity of them, often resulting in repeating information and low availability in accessing people. Though I have seen they are working on reducing the quantity of them and aiming to be more concise to reduce the time some take.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Showing a passion in the field or past relevant experience towards is beneficial, a few other successful applicants have past experience working with data or have done a data boot camp. Traits that show the applicants willingness to learn and develop are also helpful.
Do you have any interview tips?
Being able to demonstrate relevant knowledge with your learnings and past experience using examples. (e.g. CAR or STAR - Context, Action, Result) is useful to show your capabilities and how you are in different situations.
Learning about the role and company is also beneficial.
