What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The role is exactly what I enjoy and gives me freedom to make a positive impact and develop my skills. The team i am part of is friendly and a good work environment with a good line manager.

Worst

The levels of hierarchy make it difficult to engage and manager very senior stakeholders who are not easy to communicate with as they want everything handed to them but then don't spend the time once the work is done to actually review and engage with the work, meaning it's very difficult to get things done or progressed.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £53,000 - £55,000

Current salary: £57,000 - £59,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

CV with relevant skills/knowledge towards the job role. I wrote a covering letter detailing why I not only have the skills and knowledge needed for the role, but what other things I can bring to the role with other experiences I have and what I can offer to the team and business, such as creative thinking and multi-skilled background in most HR tasks (detail how they contribute to my skillset) E.g. background as ER Specialist means I am aware of Employment Law, vital for creating legal compliant company processes.
